When: Saturday the 13th of September @ YOKE, 65 Jeddo Road, West London.

A deeply nourishing afternoon to support you during pregnancy and gently guide you in preparing for the precious “fourth trimester.” Led by Deborah Rose Schoutema - Ayurvedic doctor, doula, and postpartum care specialist - this intimate gathering offers space to connect with your body, your baby, and a supportive circle of mothers. You’ll enjoy grounding practices, practical wisdom, and calming rituals to carry into early motherhood.

Schedule 

1:00pm – Herbal Welcome Ritual. Arrive into a serene space with a soothing Ayurvedic tea blend. A moment to settle in, connect, and honour this stage of your journey.

1:30pm – Pregnancy Yoga & Embodied Connection. Gentle, supportive movement designed for pregnancy, paired with breathwork and meditative flow to release tension and reconnect with your body and baby.

2:45pm – Ayurvedic Wisdom, Belly Binding & Postnatal Planning. Learn nourishing rituals, self-care practices, and the art of belly binding to support healing after birth. Deborah will guide you in creating a postpartum plan so you feel confident, rested, and supported.

3:30pm – Sound Bath with Massage & Guided Rest. Drift into deep relaxation with a restorative sound journey. During the session, Deborah will offer light touch — such as head massage, reflexology over socks, or gentle assisted stretches — to release tension and invite deeper rest. Aromatherapy blends of neroli and frankincense will be offered for pregnancy support, with calming jasmine, lavender, and chamomile for those nearing birth.

4:30pm – Restorative Ritual & Closing Circle A final grounding ritual, with time for journaling, sharing, and gentle integration over nourishing snacks.
